We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used bedding and candles cannot be returned once opened.

Yes, we ship our unique home goods worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination country and package weight.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Since we ship fragile home goods, accidents can happen. Please email us a photo of the damaged item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement immediately.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We move quickly to get your items to you! You can change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team. After that window, the order has likely entered the fulfillment process.
